SRMIST has declared the SRMJEEE 2021 result for phase 1 today. SRMJEE result 2021 link is updated online at srmist.edu.in. Candidates should have their srm.edu.in login details like application ID and password to check the SRMJEEE 2021 result. The only mode to check the SRM results is online through srm.edu.in login. What is SRMJEEE Exam?

SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination or SRMJEEE is conducted by SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) twice in a year for admission to BTech programmes offered by the institute. SRMJEEE is a university-level exam that acts as a common entrance examination for all SRM Group institutes and universities located at Kattankulathur, Ramapuram, NCR – Ghaziabad, Ramapuram Part – Vadapalani, Amravati, Haryana, and Sikkim.

SRMJEEE 2021 application form has been released by the SRMIST online on December 10, 2020. To apply for SRMJEEE 2021, candidates need to visit the official website of SRM University, i.e. www.srmist.edu.in. The last date for phase-I of the SRMJEEE 2021 application form was May 19 and for phase-II is July 20. Admissions to the BTech programme will be only through the common entrance exam, SRMJEEE 2021, which is scheduled to be held in the second week of April 2021 in 127 Indian cities and 5 countries (Dubai, Doha, Muscat, Bahrain, and Kuwait).

SRMJEEE 2021: What's New:

As the exam is going to be conducted in two phases, students must check what new will be there below:

For the first time, SRMJEEE 2021 will be conducted twice. Phase-I was conducted on May 23 & 24 and Phase-II will be conducted on July 25 & 26.

SRMIST will also make available the SRMJEEE 2021 mock tests to acquaint the students with the process

If a candidate is not satisfied with his/her rank in SRMJEEE Phase-I, he/she may apply for SRMJEEE Phase-II (A separate Application form need to be filled)

Separate merit lists will be prepared for each phase of SRMJEEE (independently) and the candidates will be allotted based on the ranks obtained in the respective examinations

Scholarships will be given to the meritorious students on enrolment

After the seat allotment, the Provisional Allotment Letter (PAL) will be issued to the prospective students.

SRMJEEE 2021 eligibility criteria:

Candidates aspiring for the exam must fulfil the SRMJEEE 2021 eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for SRMJEEE 2021 are the conditions that every candidate needs to fulfil if they want to appear for the entrance test. Candidates should check the eligibility conditions before filling the application form for the entrance exam. 

Aspirants must be a Resident Indian, Non-Resident Indian (NRI), holder of PIO or OCI card issued by the Government of India

NRIs, holders of PIO or OCI card issued by the Government of India who has not taken the SRMJEEE (UG) must apply under the International student category only

Candidate must have completed 17 years of age as of December 31 of the admission year

Faculty of Engineering and Technology: All B. Tech programmes

For Kattankulathur, Ramapuram and Vadapalani campuses: Minimum 60 % aggregate in PCM  

For NCR, Delhi campus: Minimum 55 % aggregate in PCM                

(i)Passed in Higher secondary examination (10+2 pattern ) or appearing in Higher Secondary examination in the current academic year with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as major subjects in regular stream from any state board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation, or NIOS.

(ii)International Baccalaureate (IB) with Diploma, or A-level with Mathematics, Physics, and chemistry as major subjects in any International schools within India

BTech Biotechnology, BTech Biomedical Engineering, and BTech Genetic Engineering:

For Kattankulathur, Ramapuram and Vadapalani campuses: Minimum 60 % aggregate in PCM/PCB

For NCR, Delhi campus: Minimum 55 % aggregate in PCM / PCB

(i) Passed Higher Secondary examination (10+2 pattern ) or appearing in Higher Secondary examination in the current academic year with Physics, Chemistry and  Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology as major subjects in regular stream from any state board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation, or NIOS

(ii)International Baccalaureate (IB) with Diploma, or A-level with Physics, Chemistry,  Mathematics or Biology as major subjects in any International schools within India

Note: Only those Candidates who have passed the above qualifying examination in not more than 2 attempts including appearance for improvement will be considered for admission.

SRMJEEE 2021 Admission Process:

Step-1: Fill SRMJEEE (UG) Application Form

Aspirants have to fill the SRMJEEE (UG) application form online only on the official website of the SRM Institute of Science & Technology. Along with the application form, candidates also need to submit the SRMJEEE (UG) 2021 application fee in online mode through internet banking/credit card/debit card. Candidates can fill the application form offline. 

Students will be required to upload the scanned photographs, signature, and the other necessary documents while filling the SRMJEEE 2021 Application Form. Candidates must take the printout of the SRMJEEE 2021 Application Form confirmation page. 

Step-2: SRMJEEE (UG) Slot booking

In 2021, aspirants need to book a slot for SRMJEEE (UG). Students must choose a slot in a way that no other exam clashes with it. SRMJEEE 2021 slot booking must be done within the scheduled dates.

Step-3: Download SRMJEEE (UG) Admit Card

In 2021, aspirants must download their SRMJEEE (UG) admit card as per the schedule. The admit card is a mandatory document to appear for the exam and the seat allotment process. 

Step-4: Appear for SRMJEEE (UG)

The SRMJEEE 2021 will be conducted in two phases by SRM University as per the schedule in the article above. It is a University level entrance test conducted twice a year to offer admission into the BTech Programmes in the SRM University and its different campuses. 

Step-5: Check SRMJEEE (UG) 2021 Result

The institute will upload SRMJEEE (UG) 2021 result on its official website. Aspirants qualifying for the entrance exam will then be called for the counselling process. Dates for the result announcement will tentatively be in the first week of May 2021.

Step-6: Appear for SRMJEEE (UG) Counselling

Finally, all shortlisted candidates will be called for the counselling rounds. In the counselling round, all candidates will be allotted seats in their respective courses.
